Refund Policy for Sponsorship Decks

At SpeedMotive, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Sponsorship Deck. To achieve this, we include three revisions with every deck to ensure the final product meets your expectations and accurately reflects your brand.

We want you to be thrilled with the results. However, due to the custom nature of this service, refunds are only available under specific circumstances:

1. Refunds Before Work Begins: If you request a refund before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Refunds After Initial Draft: If you are not satisfied with the first draft and decide not to proceed with revisions, we will refund 50% of the total service cost.
3. No Refunds After Revisions Begin: Once revisions are underway, refunds are not available, as the deck is a collaborative and highly personalized process.

If there are any concerns at any stage, we encourage you to share feedback with our team. We are committed to making sure your Sponsorship Deck delivers the value and quality you expect.

At SpeedMotive, our mission is to help you secure the partnerships that fuel your racing career. We understand how important it is for your sponsorship proposal to be exactly what you envision, which is why every proposal includes two revisions to make sure it’s just right. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll work closely with you to ensure the final product is something you’re proud to present.

Because each proposal is fully customized and involves detailed research, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Full Refund Before We Start:
   If you change your mind before we begin working on your proposal, we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked.

2. Partial Refund After Initial Research:
   If, after we deliver the sponsor research and gather your feedback, you feel the service isn’t the right fit, we’ll refund 50% of the total cost. This ensures we’re fairly compensated for the time and effort invested so far.

3. No Refunds After Draft Delivery:
   Once we deliver the first draft of your proposal, refunds are no longer available. By this stage, a significant amount of work has gone into crafting your custom proposal. However, you’re entitled to two revisions to make adjustments and ensure the proposal perfectly aligns with your vision.
